While most kids idolized on-screen heroes growing up, I was always more captivated by how these stories were brought to life. And after watching Indiana Jones for the first time, I knew "Steven Spielberg" would always be my go-to answer when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. 

I decided to take the "safe route" in my early career, working in advertising and account management for growing start ups and Fortune 100 companies.
